7. Plan for plenty of refreshment.
Have a lot of only one or two libations for your guests. Don’t plan a full bar or even a signature cocktail. Provide wine paired with the meal and encourage byob if the guests have a preference and be sure to have ice to cool the beverages. Also, always proved water or tea as a non-alcoholic option.
