Top interior designer in Nashville, TN, Eric Ross discusses the top 3 interior design blogs he’d follow if they existed.1. Suzanne Tucker’s personal blog.

I’m obsessed with Suzanne Tucker. Her book Romance of Design is like my go-to for inspiration. She has a truly divine gift of bringing out her clients’ dreams of home and translating that into modern luxury and opulent interior design.

Suzanne Tucker design. Swoon!

Good gracious, I just want to be a fly on the wall of her entire life. Where is she going? What is she doing? Who is she doing it with? I’m sure her life is exactly like I imagine: trips to Europe, design shows in the Orient, the limelight of being Architectual Digest’s Top 100 Designers in the World every year! I’d hate her if I didn’t love her so much.

Since she doesn’t have a blog, I guess I’ll settle for visiting her website every now and again and sighing aloud. www.suzannetuckerhome.com

2. Charles Faudree’s thoughts from beyond.

Oh my word, I’m still in mourning. Bring the black swaths of fabric and darken the windows. My design mentor, my interior inspiration, my mantle barer has passed.

My hero, Charles Faudree.

If anyone ever doubted that something luxurious could come out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, they’ve never encountered Charles Faudree. One of his childhood dreams was to “become so famous, someone would write a book about me.” I can so relate. He died knowing his dream had come true.

I’d shave my head to have access to his knowledge and talent. Wait, let me think about that…Yes. I’d shave my head for it.

3. Carolyn Roehm’s designs.

Oh My Blog! It DOES exist! Where have you been all my life? How am I just now finding out about this? So many existential questions running through my brain!

I’m just going to go ahead and apologize to Ruthann. I may not be emotionally available during the holidays, as I will be too busy catching up on Carolyn’s non-existent-turned-existent blog!

I mean, shut the front door. The latest post (dated December 15th) is entitled The Many Colors of Christmas, where first up she parades silver decor before me, like seven swans o’swimming!

I’m so tempted to stop writing and just go take another peek…
